CONGRATULATIONS, PRESIDENT MURRAY

As a former president of Southwestern Christian University (back in the 1980’s), I extend my warmest welcome to Bishop Tom  Murray as  the university’s next president. I have believed from the beginning of the search that Tom Murray has been prepared by the Lord for this season of the University’s development, and I congratulate Chairman of the Board Randell Drake and the Search Committee, and the Board of Regents, on their choice. It is an honor to be chosen as a college president, but in Bishop Murray’s case, it is a double honor to be selected to return home and serve as president of his alma mater.
